A short docu (including lots of training footage) about Bianka Panova, one of the Bulgarian rhythmic gymnastics stars of the 1980s. The talented Bianka won 9 gold medals at world championships and 5 at Europeans. One of the greatest rhythmic gymnasts ever, Panova won her first world title in 1985 (ribbon) and swept all 5 golds (all-around, rope, hoop, clubs, ribbon) at the 1987 Worlds. In the 1988 Seoul Olympics however, a drop in prelims kept her out of the medals. At next year’s Worlds she added 5 more medals to her collection before retiring from competitive RG and starting coaching.
